John Holland - Batemans Bay Bridge Replacement Project
ENVIS Advisory provided an Environment Manager on the Batemans Bay Bridge Project to oversee the completion of the new bridge and the demolition of the existing bridge. The project requires significant approvals and consultancy with regulatory agencies for the planning and execution of works within the Clyde River which is deemed as a Marine Park. The role required the management all environmental aspects of a high performing team to oversee the planning, design, consultation and construction of the project in accordance with all legislative and approval requirements. The project also required strong leadership, technical knowledge and significant experience in managing high-risk marine tasks.
Energy Corporation of NSW - Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, NSW
ENVIS Advisory was engaged fpr the identification, quantifying and leading the planning and implementation of social impact and community benefit initiatives and mitigation measures to mitigate impacts in the REZ. This role involved collaboration with key stakeholders, working closely with councils and agencies to develop funding and delivery mechanisms for social licence initiatives across the Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone.
Transport for NSW - Warringah Freeway Upgrade Project
ENVIS Advisory was engaged by TfNSW as the Senior Project Manager of the Noise Insulation Program. ENVIS Advisory provided a high level of professional guidance for the development and delivery of acoustic treatments to eligible receivers. The required position undertook and drrove project assessments, project delivery processes and operations, ensuring compliance with a range of planning and environmental requirements. Working within a project management framework that ensured the project is delivered to best practice standards, contract and asset management standards, on a commercially sound basis and to the satisfaction of the key stakeholders and the community.

Georgiou - Moorebank Intermodal
ENVIS Advisory are assisting Georgiou in delivering the Moorebank Logistics Park West (MPW) project for LOGOS in NSW.
The Moorebank Logistics Park West project is set to become Australia’s largest freight infrastructure project and will link Port Botany direct to rail terminals and warehousing on a 243 hectare site. Georgiou is delivering all civil and infrastructure works required for MPW in collaboration with ENVIS Advisory who are providing technical guidance and overseeing the implementation of all of the projects environmental requirements through delivery.
